Stop Uwe Boll from making more “movies”

Well even though it’s been a while since I wrote the Uwe Boll must be stopped post, things are finally looking up, finally a chance to stop him from ever coming near a film set again.

In an interview with Fearnet, Boll says he has heard about the online petition, started as a means to stop him from making a mockery out of video-games, by creating lousy movie adaptations, but also mentions he is unimpressed with the 18.000 votes raised (at that time). When asked what number of votes would be enough to get him to stop making those disasters he likes to call movies, the German director said “one million”.

Well that remark alone seems to have pissed off the gaming community once more, because in just a few days from the interview, the signature count reached a massive 38.000 votes. Sure it’s nowhere near the 1.000.000 “desired” by Boll and it will very likely never get that many votes, but it’s enough to raise some attention to his “work”.

Please visit Fearnet and read the whole interview, you’ll grow to hate him even more, him and his 3rd hand “movies”.
