Revenant Wings flies to Europe

Square Enix has announced that the Final Fantasy XII spin-off, called Revenant Wings will also be enjoyed by European fans of the franchise. Following its launch in Japan and a late November launch in North America, Revenant Wings will fly on the shelves of European retailers in early 2008.

Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings features some of the characters of the original game, including Vaan, Penelo, Balthier and Fran, one year after the events of FFXII.

President of Square Enix, John Yamamoto, stated the game will have the usual high production values, which means more breathtaking cutscenes and amazing music.

The players’ return to the magical land of Ivalice will only take place on the Nintendo DS, and not on any Sony platform as you might expect.
