Pro Evolution Soccer 2008

Konami has announced the next installment of the Pro Evolution franchise is destined to go down in history as the best soccer simulator to date. Based on the success of the series the statement isn’t really exaggerated, seeing Pro Evo is considered the best soccer series on the market.

Pro Evolution 2008 will benefit from the power of the next generation consoles, as the developers say the level of detail will be unmatched. The players faces will contort during the game and the movement and that of their equipment is said to closely mimic reality. The gamers will have better control over their players and they willl need to because the game introduces the revolutionary TEAMVISION AI system which actively monitors the players onscreen movements and adapts, forcing players to find alternate solutions.

The face for the game will be Manchester United’s wonder midfielder Cristiano Ronaldo. The young Portuguese is sure to attract lots of fans as he’ll be appearing on the game’s packaging an all point-of-sale materials.

The game is scheduled for release in winter of 2007
