God of War II wins game of the year
Even though it’s been a while since the PS3 was launched to the public, and it has quite a few video-games, it seems none of these deserve the title of PlayStation Game of the Year. So it was still up to the old PS2 to produce a winner and who better than God of War II.
Although it had some stiff competition from the bigger and better looking Elder Scrolls IV and Call of Duty III on the PS3, and from console neighbors Guitar Hero II and Final Fantasy XII, God of War II proves it remains one of the best titles ever made for a Sony PlayStation and that it takes more than latest generation graphics to make a great game.
Good going God of War II, it fully deserves its title!
