Get ready for Wii fishing

Sega of America announced today they are working on a new installment in one of the most notorious fishing simulating franchises in the gaming industry, SEGA Bass Fishing, for the Nintendo Wii.

With over 20 different types of lures to choose from, 4 types of freshwater bass and the revolutionary controls of the Wii, players will definitely enjoy their fishing experience. Players will be able to choose the season and the time of day when they’ll be trying to land a big one, the fishes’ appetite and the depth at which they swim.

Featuring 15 different, beautifully designed environments and 4 game modes: Arcade, Tournament, Practice and Nature Trip, SEGA Bass Fishing is set to be released early 2008.
