EA Games signs Louis Hamilton

Electronic Arts has just signed an agreement with the young Formula 1 prodigy, which allows them to use his name for a game they are already working on and that is due to come out next year.

The British Formula 1 driver has reportedly received £5 million for this deal, which in my opinion is a huge amount of money, for a future game that almost certainly will not be a Formula 1 racing video-game. That’s because at the moment Sony holds the FIA official license exclusively for any Formula 1 titles.

Whatever this Hamilton related video-game will be about, it’s certain it will be available for the PS3 and the Xbox 360.
