Father kills infant over broken Xbox

27 year old Tyrone Spellman was convicted by a jury for supposedly killing his 17 months old daughter because she had broken his Xbox.

It all happened back in September 2006, when Spellman was playing Xbox in his bedroom and his daughter accidentally pulled down the console and broke it. In an uncontrollable rage attack, the convicted pummeled the little girl cracking her skull multiple times and ultimately killing her, while her pregnant mother was sleeping in another room.

Tyrone Spellman reportedly played Xbox six to seven hours a day and he had broken his daughter’s hand about two weeks before she died, an injury child social workers didn’t detect when visiting the family in late August.

On Tuesday this monster was convicted for third degree murder and child endangerment, after being acquitted for first degree murder, and will spend 23 to 47 years in prison. “He’s not happy with the verdict. He does not agree with the verdict, but he respects the jury verdict,” said Spellman’s defense lawyer, Bobby Hoof.
